Q: Are your bottles BPA-free and safe to use?

A: Yes! All Polarscape bottles and tumblers are 100% BPA-free, food-safe, and made from premium stainless steel for safe, long-lasting use.

Q: How long do your bottles keep drinks hot or cold?

A: Our double-wall insulated bottles keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 8 hours, depending on the liquid and external temperature.

Q: Are Polarscape bottles leak-proof?

A: Absolutely. Our bottles feature a precision-engineered, leak-proof lid, making them perfect for travel, work, and outdoor adventures.

Q: How do I clean my bottle?

A:Our bottles are dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing with warm, soapy water to protect the finish and extend the lifespan of your bottle.

Q: Can I buy replacement lids?

A: At the moment, we offer a pack of replacement lids for wide mouth bottles, suitable for our 1L and 500ml insulated wide mouth bottles.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A:

  • Standard UK Shipping (2-4 working days): £3.99 or FREE on orders over £50

  • Express Delivery (1-3 working days): £5.99 (order before 2pm)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we hope to expand in the future.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We offer 30-day returns.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Q: How do I start a return?

A:

  1. Email us at contact@polarscapebrand.com with your order details.

  2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

  3. Send the item back using the provided label.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us at contact@polarscapebrand.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update or cancel it before dispatch.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?

If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address for you.
