Returns Policy

We want you to love your Polarscape product.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@polarscapebrand.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll:

  • Provide a return shipping label

  • Send you instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

The same return conditions apply:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at contact@polarscapebrand.com
